I embarked on a journey in coaching through football, however I soon understood the involvement coaching had in all other walks of life. Reading body language is a key tool in our day to day interactions, in order to succeed it takes practice and relevant scenarios.

Most coaches in a club or academy are taught to approach their work through the ethos and principles the club has set, it is key to remember this can be translated into business terms. You want your staff to buy into your brand as much as your consumers, if your employees breath the company the consumers will too.

​My career in football has seen me obtain my UEFA B License so far. Having worked in academies including Barnet Football Club and the FA centre of Excellence, I developed a drive to connect with ethnic minority communities.

Golden Gloves Goal Keeping Academy is a private goalkeeping academy delivering professional level goalkeeping training to aspiring goalkeepers of all ages. Est. 2015 and we utilise technology to improve body shape and review our practice.
